Boxes-and-Arrows SKETCH

Address of BAGTIKAN CENTER:  4TH FLOOR OF CLUSTER 6, MAKATI PRIME CITY. Enter the driveway of "MAKATI PRIME TOWER" on Saint Paul Road. You will discover the three-story townhourses and five-story apartment buildings. Drive around the Oval Driveway until you find Cluster 6. See drawings below.

You can start out at the McDonalds near Export Bank Tower, where there also is a Petron and a Caltex station.


Drive into Pasong Tamo ("Chino Roces Avenue). You would be looking for Saint Paul Road.


Once you find Saint Paul Road, you would enter the Driveway of PALM TOWER, which leads you directly into the inner driveway of PRIME CITY.

Tall buildings near Bagtikan Street are the Export Bank, formerly Urban Bank, and the Pryce Center on Pasong Tamo. As you drive to Bagtikan Street, you first see the outline of LOU-BEL PLAZA.

The white building in center is Lou Bel Plaza. On the right side of the road would be Pryce Center and a Trans Phil House.
* (Don't refer to PRYCE CENTER as "Pryce Plaza," because there is actually a "Pryce Plaza" near Greenbelt Mall.)

Ahead of you would be Trans-Phil House with its ChinaBank branch.





On the left side of the road, would be "ATF internet station".



AS you cross the intersection of Bagtikan and Chino ROCES, you would see this MetroBank on the left.


Shortly afterwards, you would drive past this "Brooklyn Pizza" place (on the left-hand side of the road)... just as you pass the "Mini Stop" and "Amber's Resto" on the right-hand side.

From "Pasong Tamo" or CHINO Roces Avenue

You objective is to get to Saint Paul road.



As you approach Estrella Street, you pass a Brooklyn Pizza.


You pass a MINI Stop on the right-hand side of the road.


LOOK towards the LEFT, you will see Estrella street. The corner looks like this.

If you are approaching Estrella street from the ....opposite direction, from the area of SHOPWISE, you will pass a RaPIDE car -repair shop.


Drive into Estrella Street. Get ready to turn ...Left.


Turn left at the corner, past a bank of tricycles...




Signal LEFT. Make a left into Saint Paul Road.


You should see PALM Towers immediately.


Look for the driveway under this Arch.

Driveway of Prime City homes

This is the Main Entrance to PALM TOWERS. Right behind it is PRIME CITY.


Take the driveway. (Steep incline)


Drive up. When you get through the "arch," you will see the SIGN for PRIME CITY.


Keep driving. Don't stop at the empty "guardhouse" in the middle. There's no "Guard" to ask for ID cards or license.

AS you see this sign, make a slight turn to the right, to follow the driveway.

JUST IN CASE a guard is on duty, just wave "Hi" to him, and he will wave you through.


Take the driveway to the very end. Turn LEFT at the far end, and make another Left, as you see Cluster 7.


...you will see Cluster 7 as you make your second Left turn.


From this vantage point beside Cluster 7, you may already see Cluster 6 (five stories high). Bagtikan is on the Fourth Level.



Bagtikan is one level below the top floor.


Beside the building is the "Cluster 6" sign, carefully located where no one will see it.



This passage leads to the elevator.

Elevator -- take it to the 4th floor.




Ring doorbell.

TOP View. Pasong Tamo or "Chino Roces Avenue" in Makati

OLD DESCRIPTION. (It still works, for some people, who can imagine the ground layout from a satellite picture.)

Go to Chino Roces Avenue near Buendia ("Gil Puyat Avenue') and look for the streets named Bagtikan and Estrella Street.

( This Estrella Street is different from the Street that leads from EDSA to ROCKWELL.)

Look along Pasong Tamo, for a MINI-STOP, an AMBER RESTAURANT, a RAPIDE repair shop.

If you drive into ESTRELLA street, YOU will see a tricycle station at the corner of Saint Paul Road. Turn Left into Saint Paul Road.

Once you see the gateway of PRIME TOWERS, go up the elevated ramp into the driveway.....

Drive past the empty guardhouse.

Drive around the INNER DRIVEWAY ... You will pass cluster 8, cluster 7, and finally,

you will see Cluster SIX.

Go up to the FOURTH FLOOR.
Take the elevator or the stairs.
